I'm not going to say much here since I'm doing the posts over at CFRB. I will give you a short blurb of sorts. CHENOA'S SPIRITUAL JOURNEY, by Becky J. Dice is about a young Native American girl's coming of age, both as a woman, and as a child of God. She faces a lot of the same problems most teenage girls do, and some most don't. Becky has done a great job in being very realistic in the pain and frustration, the confusion and the indecision that marks her growing up. Although she has a really good foundation to build off of she suddenly finds that foundation ripped away from her and must embark on getting to know who she really is and who she really wants to be. It's a great book, easy to read, with a powerful story. You may call it a romance of sorts, but it is much more than that. The romance in the story is actually only a small part of all that you'll find important. The greatest mysteries of life are found within ourselves, and the greatest solver of these mysteries is the Lord Jesus Christ. Sherlock Holmes never had a chance against such wisdom.
